Process

Step 1: Gather information

Step 2: Project Proposal

Includes detailed analysis specification and pricing. A statement of work for database development with all details of tasks needed to support the project.


Step 3: Database Development - 25% down payment

A timetable will be developed to support the web site upgrades immediately upon approval. Design and deliver to customer by email a functional Beta version to make sure it is in proper working order. Minor changes by customer are accepted and encouraged. Major changes will be an additional fee.


Step 4: Final Payment - 75% Balance is due (5 days after completed installation)
